Description of Course:
This Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED eLearning course covers the cognitive portion of the course (Part 1) and can be used for first-time or renewal certification. This convenient internet-based program will allow the students to train at their own pace, anytime, and anywhere there is internet access.
This web-based self-directed course uses video clips and interactive lessons to teach students the content of the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course. It also features audio, video, interactive exercises, a drag and drop tool that reinforces steps and sequences, a tool for taking and referencing notes, a progress bar at the top of the course screen, and check-mark icons next to each exercise that indicates progress through the course, navigation control that allows users to move easily through content, including accordion-style content navigation for less scrolling, screen text-sized options to help meet diverse learning needs, and access to the online version of the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Student Book.

- Each Student trained MUST purchase one online access key by American Heart Association.

- Complete the course (Part 1) with the American Heart Association.
- Student access to the online version of the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Student Book. Student is NOT required to purchase Student Book since you have access to the online version.
- After successful completion of the eLearning Online American Heart Association Course, please call CPR Heart of Angels at (210) 287-5932 and schedule an appointment for Skills Practice (Part 2) and Skills Testing (Part 3).
- Each Student MUST present a copy of the printed Certificate of Completion Course that you received from the online course.
- Instructors will verify certificate with American Heart Association to confirm that the student successfully completed Part 1 Online.
